Hence, it is very important that the cabin designs suit the taste of the Passengers and integrate well with the overall design of the building and give a perfect feel. False ceiling and the Flooring of the elevator cabin also can be changed as per requirement.

MILD STEEL POWDER COATED CABIN: The Mild Steel Powder Coated Cabin is the Basic Version of the Cabin however every effort is taken to make it feel superior. The Rear side of the cabin has one Mirror finish stainless steel panel of about 400mm. This serves as a full length mirror and saves the problem of broken mirror glass. The powder coating process is done very carefully seeing to it that each of the panels are perfectly done. This prevents the Mild steel material from rust. Various colours of powder coat paint are available. You may chose any shade or colour from the catalogue provided to you for the same. This provides you flexibility of choosing the right colour for the elevator cabin.

STAINLESS STEEL HAIRLINE FINISH CABIN: Stainless Steel Hairline Finish Cabin give a good feel to the cabin, these cabins do not need painting for life time. We use 304 grade stainless steel so as to avoid any rust from taking place and lasts throughout life time. The center panel on the rear side of the cabin is made from stainless steel mirror finish sheets. This adds to the overall feel and is also a better option as compared to using glass mirrors as there will be no breakage or need for replacement.

Doors are the entry and exit to the Elevator, these doors are continuously used and hence have to be robust and should stand the test of time. We cater Elevators with Manual and automatic doors. Various types of manual doors and automatic doors are available to suit the site conditions and also to suit the needs of various customers.

TYPES OF MANUAL DOORS:

• Collapsible Doors:

Collapsible Doors are basic offering for a lift with manual doors. These doors are robust and since long have proved to be a simple yet effective solution for elevator doors hence, due to its reliability it is used for both Passenger as well as goods elevators. These doors may be used for landings as well for car. These doors can be made to fit various sizes of openings, making it ideal solution for odd doors sizes. Collapsible Doors are Available in mild steel colored black and also in stainless steel.

• Swing Doors:

Swing Doors is optional offering for a lift with manual doors. These doors can only be used or the Landings. These doors help totally enclose the shaft. The swing doors have a vision panel having glass and steel mesh. A door closure is fitted to the swing door to make sure the closing is done perfectly. Wooden Swing Doors, Mild steel swing doors and Glass Swing doors are available. Wooden swing doors are flush doors fitted with laminates. Quality swing doors are used to give long life and durability. Mild Steel Powder coated swing doors are supplied along with frames. These swing doors are durable and even with its Mild steel structure can be opened and closed with ease. Glass Swing Doors are Made of Toughened glass with Stainless steel border. These Swing Doors add to the aesthetic feel of the elevator.

• Imperforate Doors:

Imperforate doors are made like the manual collapsible doors but have flaps attached to it. These flaps make sure that when the door is closed no opening is left in the doors. Cut outs are made in the door for the purpose of having a look on the other side of the door. These doors may be used for landings as well for car. Imperforate doors are available in Mild steel and Stainless steel. Mild steel doors are painted for corrosion resistance. These doors may be used instead of collapsible doors for extra safety.

• Manual Telescopic Doors:

Manual Telescopic Doors are made to slide in a telescopic fashion. These doors add aesthetic value to the Elevators. Cut outs are made in the door for the purpose of having a look on the other side of the door, these cut out are covered with glass and steel mesh. These doors may be used for landings as well for car. These doors are available in Mild steel, Stainless steel and Glass. Mild steel doors are painted for corrosion resistance.

• Vertical Bi-Partial Doors:

Vertical Bi-parting doors are made to open in the center in a vertical fashion. These doors are mainly used for dumb waiter elevators which are used for carrying food and utensils. These doors may be used for landings as well for car. These doors are available in Mild steel and Stainless steel. Mild steel doors are painted for corrosion resistance.

• Center Opening Doors:

Center Opening doors as the name suggests opens by parting from center. These type of doors are used for most of the power operated doors application due to its aesthetic features and feel. These power operated doors are available in Mild Steel powder coated finish, Stainless steel Hairline finish, Glass doors and Stainless Steel Designer finish. These doors are also available with fire rating of upto 2 hrs.

• Telescopic Opening Doors:

Telescopic Opening doors as the name suggest opens by sliding of the doors to one side. These type of doors may be used where there is a space constraint as these doors take up less space as compared to center opening type of doors. These power operated doors are available in Mild Steel powder coated finish, Stainless steel Hairline finish, glass doors and Stainless Steel Designer finish. These doors are also available with fire rating of upto 2 hrs.

• Vertical Telescopic Doors:

Vertical Telescopic doors opens by sliding in the upward direction. These type of doors are used are used mostly for Goods and Car Elevators where there is a Space Constraint on the either side of the hoistway. These power operated doors are available in Mild Steel powder coated finish and Stainless steel Hairline finish.

Each Elevator is furnished with various fittings like Lights, Operating Panels and Fans which are useful and also add to the aesthetic value of the elevator.

TYPES OF FITTINGS:

• Cabin Lightning:

Every Elevator is fitted with Lights in the Ceiling. We use LED Lights for all our Elevators. These LED Lights Last upto 50000 hrs and consume upto 70 % less Power. Considering that the light is kept on all the time for elevator lighting, it saves a lot of power. LED lighting used in the elevator is in line with the idea of greener living.

• Fan/Pressure Blower:

We use 300 mm axial fans which are specially made for elevator application. These fans are High Speed, low noise and last for a long time. Pressure Blowers are also available and may be used instead of axial fans; they are highly reliable, low noise and also last for a long time.

• Cabin/Landing Operating Panels & Push Buttons:

We use high quality push buttons which have long service life. These push buttons are have a very nice tactile feel and also add to aesthetic value. All the push buttons have call registration indicators. Buttons are also available with Braille. Touch buttons are also available for Car as well as for Landing operating panel.

• Cabin/Floor Display:

Floor indicator mainly displays the Floor and direction of travel. Various types of Floor indicator displays are available; all the displays are high quality and durability.
